"mid-to-long finish, ripe berries all over it, with that savoury Beechworth swagger doing its thing. You’ll get plum pudding, liquorice, raspberry, and a flick of white pepper on the finish, like it’s trying to charm you and tease you at the same time. Fine, silky tannins keep it all in line, with a brisk line of acidity giving it just enough bite to remind you it’s not here to behave politely.
