This medium-bodied Tempranillo comes from Weathercraft’s meticulously farmed “One Acre Project” in Beechworth, where the vines are grown using biological practices and harvested by hand. The fruit is wild-fermented and aged — with around 30% spending 18 months in French oak, adding depth and polish. Expect aromas of black cherry, liquorice, scorched earth and cedar. The palate is layered with ripe black raspberry, black cherry, cedar spice and savoury notes, framed by firm, chewy tannins and a bright, persistent finish.
