Weathercraft - Amphora Blanco - 2024

Hand-harvested from Weathercraft’s Beechworth vineyard, this amphora-fermented white brings purity, texture and a beautifully natural sense of place. A blend of Albariño and Chardonnay, the fruit is whole-bunch pressed and fermented and matured in clay amphora for a minimum of 10 months, building minerality and subtle savoury detail. Bright notes of lemon pith, green apple, white peach and sea spray open into a fresh yet textural palate, carried by chalky minerality and a refined, saline finish.
