Weathercraft is a boutique, hand-tended Beechworth winery shaped by Spanish-born vigneron Raquel Jones, whose heritage inspires the estate’s Iberian-leaning varieties and winemaking style. Working with biological farming and low-intervention practices, Raquel crafts elegant, terroir-driven wines — from Chardonnay and Shiraz to Albariño, Tempranillo and amphora-raised releases — each bottle reflecting the purity and character of their cool-climate vineyard.
